Join the Salmon River Adventure Company Team

At Salmon River Adventure Company, our guides are at the heart of everything we do. They set the tone for each trip, shape the experience from the moment guests step into the raft, and transform a day on the water into a story people carry with them for the rest of their lives. Our river adventures aren’t just about navigating rapids—they’re about connection, community, and sharing the wild beauty of Idaho’s Salmon River. The wilderness provides the backdrop, the whitewater provides the thrill, but it’s our guides who bring the entire experience to life. We’re seeking passionate, skilled individuals who genuinely love sharing rivers, remote places, outdoor adventure, and meaningful moments with others. If you find joy in helping guests feel confident, inspired, and connected to the natural world, you might be exactly who we’re looking for. If you’re ready to join a team of dedicated river professionals—and help create unforgettable adventures—we’d love to meet you.
