Join the Salmon River Adventure Company Team
At Salmon River Adventure Company, our guides are everything.
They set the tone, shape the experience, and turn a river trip into something our guests remember for the rest of their lives. Our adventures are as much about people and connection as they are about wilderness and whitewater—and our guides are the ones who make that magic happen.
We’re looking for individuals who genuinely love sharing rivers, wild places, and meaningful moments with others. If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you.
Who Thrives Here
Our best guides tend to be:
- Genuine and team-oriented
- Fun, adaptable, and community-minded
- Professional and dependable
- Healthy and enthusiastic about running rivers
- Excited to share the river with guests of all backgrounds
If you bring positive energy and a commitment to excellence, you’ll fit right in.
